There are three maintenance options available in the community of Villas de Palermo. You choose the model that best suits your needs for rental income, pooled maintenance and annual days of living in San Juan del Sur.

Option 1 : 109 Day Plan with Full Maintenance Coverage – $315 per Monthly Maintenance Fee

Use or rent out your villa up to 109 days of the year. Includes full maintenance, repair and replacement to all items in your villa exterior and interior. Black out dates apply to rentals only not usage by homeowner and immediate family.

Option 2 – 355 Day Plan with Partial Maintenance Coverage – $515 per Monthly Maintenance Fee

Use or rent out your villa up to 355 days a year.  This plan is designed for owners who desire to use or rent their home frequently and want to obtain the most rental income possible during each year.  This plan offers similar maintenance services to the 109 plan, while the villa is in the hotel rental pool.  Blackout dates apply to both rentals and homeowner usage, however homeowner may reserve from the hotel.

Option 3 – 365 Day Plan with Partial Maintenance Coverage – $715 per per Monthly Maintenance Fee

Use or rent out your villa up to 365 days all year round with no black out dates. The 365 plan targets resident owners and includes fewer services with occupancy of the home 100% of the time.  This plan offers no opportunity for the hotel operation to recoup costs, thus the monthly maintenance is priced at the actual cost of services provided.
