Reservation Confirmation

Thank you for choosing Villas de Palermo Hotel and Resort.  Depending on the terms of your reservation, your credit card was charged today for either your deposit or your entire non-refundable stay. Taxes are added to all rates and charges in Villas de Palermo Hotel and Resort.

Your reservation includes:

1. a fully-equipped villa with one or two suites; each suite contains one queen bed and a private bathroom
2. kitchen setup for light meal preparation for 4 guests
3. free WIFI – ask for the password at check-in
4. free cable TV with both english and spanish channels
5. free shuttle service to town every hour on the hour from 7am to 6pm
6. (*Please be sure to make reservations shuttle rides as they do fill up.)

Your package may include breakfast or an all-inclusive meal plan.  We are always happy to add meal plans to an existing reservation. Please confirm the terms of your stay at check-in.

Your package may require you to pay weekly for metered electricity and cleaning.  Please confirm the terms of your stay at check-in.

Your package may include transportation and you may add transportation to/from anywhere in Nicaragua.  We offer several options that are charged per group up to 8 people in a private air-conditioned van.  Prices vary depending on the time of day.  The cost may be added to your hotel folio. To make or confirm a transportation reservation, please email your arrival time and location information to our frontdesk at frontdesk@villasdepalermo.com. Be sure to include your hotel confirmation number and a telephone number where we can contact you in the case of a problem with your arrival or ours.

Our concierge is ready to help you plan spa services and adventure activities.   Prices vary based on rates set by vendors providing services.

If you have a 5th guest or need an additional twin bed or crib in your villa, please let us know before check-in. The cost for an additional guest, twin bed or crib is US$25 plus tax per day per bed.  A maximum of five guests are permitted in each villa.

Pets are not allowed anywhere within Villas de Palermo. Smoking is not allowed in any indoor spaces in Villas de Palermo.

We invite you to enjoy the pool, restaurant and bar.  We request that you not bring coolers to the pool area and that you wear a bathing suit while in the pool.  We offer free use of pool towels at the pool and clubhouse.  Please leave used pool towels in the container at the pool area when you return to your villa.  If towels are taken to the beach, or removed from the pool area, your villa will be charged for cleaning or replacement.

Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is noon.  Early check-in or late check-out may be possible if you let us know before your arrival.

To lower costs and support our efforts to reduce our environmental impact, please turn off all lights and air conditioning when leaving the villa.  Please note that a villa’s electricity consumption can exceed US$50 per day when lights and air conditioning are left on.  We also ask that you indicate which towels you wish to have changed by putting them on the floor.  Towels that you can still use can stay on the towel racks. Maids will enter your villa daily to empty trashcans. Full cleaning schedule varies depending upon the terms of your reservation.

Your cancellation policy was determined at the time you made your reservation.  Your reservation may be partially or wholly non-refundable.  If you have any question about your cancellation policy, please email frontdesk@villasdepalermo.com Our cancellation policy for RAC rate reservations during non-holiday periods is as follows:

1. Cancellations made after confirmation will result in a 10% administrative fee charge on the total value of the reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of projected arrival result in a 25% penalty on the total value of the reservation.
2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of projected arrival result in a 50% penalty on the total value of the reservation.
3. Cancellations the same day or No –Show will be charged 100% of cost. Early departures are considered cancellations.
